Norman Yee, President, Board of Supervisors, District 7 Supervisor, and consistent early care and education advocate and family support activist since the founding of FOSF in 1977.

Rafael Mandelman, our newly elected District 8 Supervisor, a local volunteer at St. Francis’ food program, and growing advocate for quality, affordable early care and education for all.

Friends of St. Francis provides a program where children of all cultural and economic backgrounds are immersed in indoor and outdoor exploration, provoking curiosity, creativity and problem solving in all areas of learning, including (but not limited to) ScienceTechnologyElectronicsArtMath.
