The Board of Directors of Friends of St. Francis Childcare is composed of several different groups that all contribute to the Center's poilicy making, fundraising  and well-being. In order to keep an even representation of the different bodies the board's optimal operating number is 16 people and is generally made up of at least four parents, four community members and four members from St.Francis Church.
